About this position
What you can expect
You will take on the role of Service Manager for medium-to-large services. You will support both IT and OT system landscapes in the industrial environment of our existing customers. As the central point of contact, you will be available to the customer and the delivery units. In addition to process consulting and the implementation of defined service KPIs, you will carry out regular service reviews and monitor service quality. You will also ensure compliance with specified processes in accordance with ITIL and optimise them continuously. Operating standard tools for ticket documentation, maintaining operating manuals and creating regular reports are also part of your daily routine.
What you should bring to the table table
- Professional experience in the management and scaling of managed services appropriate to the position
- You can demonstrate sound methodological knowledge in IT service management as well as certifications in ITSM frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- You have a high affinity for IT and relevant knowledge of business processes and structures
- You already have previous knowledge of ServiceNow (dashboarding, reporting)
- You have experience in data analysis, preparation and provision of decision bases
- You have business fluent knowledge of German and English
- High sense of responsibility as well as high intrinsic motivation, team spirit and commitment
- Quick familiarisation with complex, rapidly changing subject areas and the ability to keep an eye on the essentials in this dynamic environment
- Convincing communication skills and a confident demeanour round off your profile
